How does a spit work for your BBQ?

The perfect rotisserie for your Keij BBQ. The ring is made of powder-coated steel and the spit is made of stainless steel. Because the ring slopes towards the back, the Keij BBQ closes well and the heat remains in the BBQ and air circulation is disturbed as little as possible. The motor runs on 230 volts and is whisper quiet. 

What types of meat can go in a rotisserie?

Naturally, when you think of a rotisserie, the first thing you think of is a deliciously crispy rotisserie chicken. However, the possibilities are endless! How about a roulade (beef, chicken, pork), kebab, a picanha on a spit or even a nice firm fish whole on a spit? There's something for everyone, including veggie lovers: celeriac, broccoli or cauliflower from the spit. Everything is possible.
