The stainless steel basket can be disconnected at the hinge, creating two half baskets that can easily be put in the dishwasher after use.
How do you assemble the rotisserie basket?
Hook the two hinge parts together. Insert the spit through the spit guides. Place the basket in the center of the spit and tighten the spit with the wing nuts.
Fill the basket with the desired dish and close the lock. The spit and rotisserie basket can now be placed in the Keij BBQ.

The rotisserie basket is suitable for a rotisserie for the 18, 20, 21, 23 and 25 inch Keij BBQ, with a maximum spit thickness of 8 mm.
