What is a platesetter?

With this platesetter and deflector you can easily barbecue indirectly. With low and slow cooking you can put the tastiest dishes on the table. This plate setter is also indispensable for pizzas!

Determine the size of a XS Platesetter
To place the XS Platesetter in the BBQ, there must be a fire bowl in the BBQ. The platesetter cannot be used in BBQ's without a fire bowl. In addition, it is important that the inner diameter of the dome is at least 27cm, so that you have enough space to place the platesetter.

NB:The platesetter is intended for a 13 inch bbq, but does not measure 13" itself.

Determine the size of a Small Platesetter
To determine the correct size of the Small Platesetter, it is important to measure the inner diameter of your fire ring. The inner diameter of the fire ring should be between 24.5 and 27.5 cm. The maximum outer size of this platesetter is 31 cm.

NB: The platesetter is intended for a 14 inch bbq, but does not measure 14". This platesetter is too large for a 13" bbq and we would like to refer to the 13" platesetter.

Determine the size of a Compact Platesetter
To determine the correct size of the Compact Platesetter, it is important to measure the inside diameter of your fire ring. The inside diameter of the fire bowl should be between 28.5 cm and 30.5 cm.

NB: The platesetter is intended for a 15 inch bbq, but does not measure 15". This platesetter is too large for a 14" bbq and we would like to refer to the 14" platesetter.
