Working with BBQ thermometer

A steak like a shoe sole, raw chicken and dried out fish. It happens to all of us sometimes, but the good news is that this can be prevented with a food thermometer. Determine in advance what core temperature your dish should reach and set your thermometer accordingly (for the wireless versions) or regularly check your dish with a digital core thermometer.

Keep in mind that the temperature of your dish - after you have removed it from the BBQ and let it rest for a while - often rises a few degrees. 

Installation of the probes

The probes are perfect as an extension set for the EasyBBQ Digital Bluetooth thermometer. This allows you to monitor even more dishes and/or the ambient temperature. Remove the probes from the packaging, unwind them from the holder and insert the probe into the thermometer. You're good to go!
